YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CANYONS REGISTRATION FEE OF $60.00 AT YOUR INITIAL REGISTRATION. YOU MUST THEN GO INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND ENTER YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION A SECOND TIME SO WE MAY INVOICE YOUR ACCOUNT. IT DOES NOT RETAIN YOUR INITIAL CREDIT INFORMATION WITH THE FIRST CHARGE. YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION IS ENTERED AND YOUR SWIMMER MAY NOT ENTER THE WATER UNTIL THIS IS COMPLETE.
AFTER COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION, ALL REGISTRANTS FOR 2010 - 2011 MUST APPEAR IN PERSON AT THE COC OFFICE BETWEEN 4:00 and 6:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY TO FILL OUT A USA SWIMMING INSURANCE FORM AND PRESENT YOUR SWIMMERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE, DRIVERS LICENSE, OR PASSPORT FOR PROOF OF AGE . IF YOU HAVE PRESENTED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE IN A PAST SEASON WITH CANYONS,YOU DO NOT NEED TO PRESENT THIS. IF IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 2 YEARS, OR IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT, BRING IT WITH YOU JUST IN CASE SO WE CAN GET YOUR SWIMMER IN THE WATER.
Welcome to the Canyons Aquatic Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You’ll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children’s swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
In registering for Canyons Aquatic Club, you acknowledge our late fee policy which is as follows:
Registration is not complete without payment. In the event your payment is declined, please make an immediate alternate payment. If an alternate payment is not made within 5 weekdays after the swimmer has joined the session, a $25 late fee will be added to the account and your swimmer will be kept out of the water.
Late fees will increase every week (7 days) to: 14 days - $50, 21 days $75, 28 days $100. Canyons will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail and phone calls if there is a registration problem but the onus is on you to make sure your account is in order.
Swimmers who are late 3 times in a swim year will need to pay the remainder of the short or long course season if full.
Deactivated swimmers lose all club privileges and will be placed at the end of the wait list (if any) for readmission to the program

IF THE CLASS IS CLOSED YOU WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER FOR, THE SYSTEM WILL LET YOU KNOW IT IS FULL AND WILL NOT LET YOU GO ANY FURTHER UNTIL YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER CLASS OR CHOOSE THE WAITLIST OPTION FOR THAT CLASS.
