Swimmers at this level are expected to perform well at all meets and expected to commit a large amount of time to train. Senior swimmers are expected to attend five evening workouts per week, plus morning practice for those over 14 years of age, as well as Saturday morning practice and double workouts everyday during Christmas break, Easter break and Summer break, state of the art training techniques and equipment are included in the training schedule, along with weight room training for the older swimmers.
