POOL ACCESS/LOCKER ROOMS
Due to construction, outside access to the pool is restricted. You may enter the facility one of three ways. 1) girls locker room 2) boys locker room 3) backstairs (look for signs). Boys and girls over the age of 4 are NOT allowed in the locker rooms of the opposite gender. If you do not want to send your child through a locker room unsupervised, we ask you to take the backstair exit and avoid the locker rooms all together. Swimmer are allowed to use the locker rooms and ask that parents supervise their own children within the facility.

DISCOUNTS
Canyons currently offers two types of discounts:

1) Multiple swimmer discounts: Families with 3 swimmers will receive a $20 deduction off their total bill. Families with 4 swimmers will receive $60 off their total bill. Families with 5 or more swimmers will receive the above discount and the 5th or more swimmer will swim for free (must be from the same family residing in the same residence with the same guardians).

2) College Of The Canyons discount: Staff, faculty and students of College Of The Canyons are eligible for a 15% discount off tuition (not family commitment).

Note: discounts 1 & 2 cannot be combined.

VARSITY GROUP
The Varsity group is a month-to-month group with the next month's registration due on the 25th of the month. There is no family commitment fee for the Varsity group. This summer you can join the Varsity group for a flat rate of $180 for three month. That's one month free tuition!

ESCROW:
Swimmers in Gold and above are asked to establish an escrow account for swim meet fees. More information on this soon.

BONUS:
All swimmers registering for the 2007-2008 year will receive a Canyons T-shirt with your initial registration. The size of the shirt will be determined by the size you enter on your registration form. Shirts will be distributed at the COC pool for COC based swimmers. SCAC based coaches will receive their swimmers' shirts approximately a week after practice begins. Each family will receive one complementary Canyons Aquatic Club car sticker (new this year!). Additional car stickers can be purchased at the COC pool office for $3.00 each.

REFUNDS
Canyons will not offer prorates or refunds (with the exception of valid medical excuses).

BOUNCED CHECKS
Any check presented to Canyons Aquatic Club that is returned by the bank will incur a $25 service fee paid to Canyons Aquatic Club. Failure to pay the fee will lead to the removal of the swimmer(s) from the pool after one (1) weeks. If no swimmers are currently in the program, failure to pay will disallow registration. After one bounced checks will you will be required to register with a money order, bank check or credit card payment in the future.

PRIORITY REGISTRATION
Each session returning swimmers will be given one week priority registration where you are guaranteed to get your spot in the water. After the priority deadline passes, new swimmers will be admitted to the club and can take any open slots in any group. Please don't take chances, always pre-register.
