The Bronze 1 group is made up of 5-6 year old swimmers who are developing swimmers. Swimmers must be able to swim full lengths of the pool in freestyle and backstroke without assistance. The Silver 1 group is for those 10 and under, who are familiar with all 4 strokes, and are just beginning to train at a competitive level.Silver 2
SILVER 2 group is for 11-12 year olds who have already learned the stroke basics and are ready to begin training at a competitive level. We expect all swimmers to compete in one meet per month. Swimmers in this group are focused on improving technique, and increasing speed and endurance, while becoming well-rounded swimmers who can swim the 50 yard and 100 yard stroke events, 200 yd Individual Medley. Swimmers will learn proper technique to improve all strokes, starts, and turns. Silver II swimmers focus on self-improvement through competition at an appropriate level. This group is highly encouraged to compete regularly and times achieved through competition will be required to move to the Gold Division.Silver 3
SILVER 3 is made up of 13-14 year olds not yet in high school looking to solidify core swimming fundamentals while working to further improve the technique of the four competitive strokes, starts, and turns. We expect all swimmers to compete in one meet per month. Swimmers must be able to legally complete 50 yards of each of the four competitive strokes The group has higher expectations regarding commitment. Strong practice attendance and swim meet attendance is required for advancement to the Senior I or Senior Varsity Groups. - Introduction to advanced training techniques, athletes are expected to attend championship meets and travel trips, strong attendance is paramount for success.

The swimmers in the GOLD 1 group are 10 and Under, but have participated in many swim meets and are looking to refine their skills in a fun but competitive group environment. They need to be well-rounded and competitive in all 4 strokes, having achieved a National B standard in every stroke. Swimmers in this group are expected to attend all team meets and Championship meets at the end of the season. Times achieved at swim meets are required to advance to the Gold 2 division.Gold 2
This group is made up of swimmers who are starting to get highly competitive who are 11-12 years old. These swimmers are proficient in their strokes, having achieved National B standards in all 4 strokes, regularly attend workouts and are excited to continue developing their racing skills and habits. Swimmers are expected to attend all team meets, and swim all 4 strokes competitively. Times achieved at swim meets are required to advance to the Gold 3 division.Gold 3
This group is an exciting bridge between Age Group swimming and Senior swimming. They are 13-14 years old who are not yet in high school. GOLD 3 seeks to prepare our swimmers for some of those changes. Our swimmers will prepare for the next level by participating in both BRW and Senior level competitions. Those swim meets will stretch their experiences and exposure to higher levels of swimming, while still maintaining the familiarity of competitions they have participated in. The end goal is to maintain the development path that these swimmers have been on, and to avoid the intimidation that some swimmers feel as they transition from one group to the next. - Introduction to advanced training techniques, athletes are expected to attend championship meets and travel trips, strong attendance is paramount for success.

This group is for High School Athletes interested in staying in shape for the High School Season. Meet participation is not required but allowed and swimmers can come to as many or as few practices as they would like. We would like all swimmers to have knowledge of the four competitive strokes before joining. Senior 1
Swimmers in High School are selected to train in this group by the coaching staff and based on their times achieved in competitions. The Senior I group allows for additional time to develop necessary racing skills and growth to advance towards the next level. With the common goals of striving for new time standards, camaraderie, and dedication, the swimmers in this group help support each other towards their individual goals. Swimmers will learn how to balance high levels of dedication, time management, and leadership in and out of the pool. Technique, endurance, speed, and dry land training are done with an intensity and versatility that can allow you to reach that goal.Senior 2
Swimmers in High School are selected to train in this group by the coaching staff and based on their times achieved in competitions. With the common goals of striving for new time standards, camaraderie, and dedication, the swimmers in this group help support each other towards their goals. Swimmers must show a high level of dedication, time management, and leadership in and out of the pool with the goal being progress to Senior Elite. Technique, endurance, speed, and dry land training are done with an intensity and versatility that can allow you to reach that goal.Senior Elite
Swimmers in High School and older are selected to train in this group from our other Senior programs by the coaching staff. Only the best swimmers with regards to time standards and previous commitment are selected to be members. The best training with the best, all with common goals, work ethic, and desire to be good team members while striving to reach the next level. Swimmers must show a high level of dedication, time management, and leadership in and out of the pool with the goal being progress to the NCAA, National, and International levels. Technique, endurance, speed, and dry land training are done with an intensity and versatility that can allow you to reach that goal.
