Due to the high demand for lessons we will not offer any credits or refunds for missed classes. |
All lessons require an assessment.

Goals: WATER SAFETY. Face Submersion. Blowing Bubbles. 10 relaxed bob. Kicking on the wall. Progress from supported kick on stomach to unassisted kick on stomach. Float on back assisted. Ages: 3 years - 12 years Class Size: Three (3) per group Prerequisite: None Level 1 Goals: Kicking on stomach. Able to recover to back float/kicking unassisted. Front crawl arms. Diving down and retrieving objects from stairs. Comfortably kick from steps/wall ~5 yards to the instructor. Float on back unassisted. Streamline out of water. Ages: 3 years - 12 years Class Size: Four (4) per group Prerequisite: Learn to Swim Goals Level 2 Goals: Full freestyle w/ breathing, backstroke arms, and legs simultaneously. Dolphin Kick. Swimming Underwater ~5 Yards through weighted hoops. Jump into 12ft deep water and swim ~12 yards to instructor. Streamline w/ Flutter Kick. Ages: 3 years - 12 years Class Size: Five (5) per group Prerequisite: Level 1 Goals Level 3 Goals: Treading water for 30 seconds. Freestyle w/ side breathing. Streamline kicking submerged on back and stomach w/ both Flutter Kick and Dolphin Kick. Breaststroke Kick. Sitting Dive. Retrieving objects underwater. Ages: 3 years - 12 years Class Size: Six (6) per group Prerequisite: Level 2 Goals Level 4 Goals: Tread water for one (1) min. Breaststroke arms (fingertips, hands, full pull). Full Breaststroke. Refinement of Freestyle, Backstroke. Kneeling Dive. Flip Turns. 25Y Freestyle. Ages: 3 years - 12 years Class Size: Six (6) per group Prerequisite: Level 3 Goals Meets: Compete in two (2) Canyons Blue & Gold Intrasquad Meets Level 5 Goals: Tread Water for two (2) minutes. Introduce Butterfly. Refinement of Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and flip turns. Freestyle with bilateral breathing. Standing Dive. 25Y Freestyle. 25Y backstroke. Open Turns. Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations for the following month will be accepted if request is submitted by the 15th of the current month.
- There will be no make-up lessons or credits for missed lessons
